About the event
Join Rose and Matt for a nourishing, heart-warming evening of connection and sound healing. We will start with an opening circle, followed by breathwork and mediation, sound healing, open hearted discussion, and tea. The focus of this circle will be on opening the heart space and allowing ourselves to receive all that we desire so that we may shine our light to the fullest expression of that which is I AM.
