About the event
Join Rose and Matt for a nourishing, heart-warming evening of connection and sound healing. We will start with an opening circle, followed by breathwork and mediation, sound healing, open hearted discussion, and tea. The focus of this circle will be on connecting with our higher selves, and bringing out our inner fire so that we may be fully embodied as the highest expression of ourselves.
