About the event
Join us for an afternoon of manifestation, connection and sound healing. We will start with an opening circle, a guided creative practice, journaling, open-hearted discussion and guided meditation, followed by a sound healing journey. The focus of this circle will be on manifesting, looking at our internal blocks that get in the way, and visualization. Bring a journal or notebook to write on. This will be a fun event that will leave you feeling nourished and inspired.
