During your healing session with Rose you will receive energetic massage to help balance you both on a physical and energetic level. She uses intentional energy as well as gentle acupressure to move stagnation in the body. During your session, Rose will address where your body is at and suggest shifts you can make at home to improve your wellbeing. You will also receive practical follow up self-care tips.
Additional services that may be added to your session include: aromatherapy, cupping, gua sha, reflexology, sound healing, & energy work. If any of these interest you please specify so.
